Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the power of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, like armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for a different one similar one and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the level of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item such as increasing its damage.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks, while spell power improves mage attacks and rings. item upgrade give the player additional health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of a higher-level reroll token in order to make it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays on the spot until the next successful result is repeated. This allows you to not waste upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
During the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. These stones can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to get an advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Moreover players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. There are many ways to obtain the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will receive an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be used and an initial level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can place equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded, the stats of the base item will increase by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the kind of item however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them extra effects or an increased item level. These upgrades can be gotten from various sources in the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and adds an additional 20% chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Some items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
